Another busy week has gone by at Tyrrells Wood and I managed to get through the whole week without falling into any muddy puddles - thanks for your concern!? This week saw Noreen Kelland become our new Ladies' Captain. Noreen has chosen the British Heart Foundation as her charity. I'm sure you'll join me in wishing her all the very best for her year.
I did have a treat last week as I played one of my favourite golf courses in the UK, the Red Course at The Berkshire, as they were hosting a Guildford Alliance meeting. The fairways were as wet as I have ever seen them (plenty of puddles for me to avoid!) but the greens were in superb condition and although I didn't quite have my A-game, I managed to shoot a one under par round and win the Professionals Individual Prize.
