Put simply, if you want to improve your swing in needs to be based on FACTS. If you’re not measuring exactly whats happening at impact then it’s almost impossible to do this. I’m amazed at how many golfers still claim they lifted their head, they bent their left arm or swung too fast, to name just a few golfing clichés.
