It’s still as hectic as ever in the Humphrey house. Unfortunately both boys missed out on going back to school this week as their year groups weren't one of the ones selected to go back. Although truth be told they miss their friends and playing sport more than actual school work!

And so between home schooling the boys, looking after Ava plus Nicky trying to run her own business there doesn’t seem enough hours in the day. We’re like ships passing in the night, as I get home she goes into work. For any quilters out there please click here to have a look at her website. Yet she still found time to get up early one morning and take the kids and the dog for a walk on the beach this week.

The highlight for me this week was seeing my daughter, Natalie for the first time since the beginning of March. We had a socially distanced cup of tea in the back garden. It was lovely to see her although hard not to give her a hug.
