The range has already gone down extremely well on Tour with many non-contracted players switching to the clubs. It’s even found its way into my bag which had their first outing last week. I got on really well with the driver, I much prefer the look of the clubhead and I felt I was hitting it a little further although it’s hard to tell on the golf course. My new 3 wood however had a very different start to life in my golf bag, the first time it was used was hitting a shot out of the rough on the 7th and I completely topped it. It was an awful shot, for the record, I did recover and make a par but still, it wasn’t my finest moment on the course. Gladly it improved after that, to be honest it couldn’t have got much worse and so I have to say I’m really pleased they’re in the bag.
