I hope you're well. Two important dates for your diary: 29th March and 12th April! It was great to hear the news that - amongst other things - playing golf has been given the green light from the 29th of March, just in time for the four-day Easter weekend! Not only this, but non-essential retail can open its doors just a couple of weeks later on the 12th of April. Hooray! We can't wait to welcome you back to Tyrrells Wood Golf Club and will have more news for you in the coming weeks. Until then, we are still here if there's anything golf-related you'd like to discuss or purchase - there's no reason to go anywhere else. We really do appreciate your support!

It’s great news to finally hear that we’ll soon be back on the golf course, albeit not soon enough for some but at least it’s only a few more weeks until we can tee it up again...I can’t wait! We’re currently working on the best strategy for a safe re-opening. We’ve also been in contact with our website provider Intelligent Golf as to the best way for us to open our tee sheets with minimal hassle. I’d like to thank you for in advance for your patience, understanding and support with this. More details will follow in the coming days. |
The Pro Shop will remain closed until 21st April, however, Chris and I will be on hand for all of your golfing needs. Please either email us with anything you need or just knock on the back door of the shop. We can’t wait to open and show you some of the great products that are going to be available this year. Speaking of Chris I’m delighted to say he’s about to complete his last ever PGA assignment. His final PGA exams should take place in April and with everything going to plan he’ll be a fully qualified PGA Professional this year. I’ll put the champagne on ice. As you can see Craig and his team have been busy during lockdown. The teeing area on our Short Game Area has been finished and is a great improvement. I’m sure the guys will now be busy getting the course ready for us all at the end of March. |
